Turtle Conservation and Education Centre, Sanur

Sanur is a seaside town in the southeast of the island of Bali, in Indonesia. In the 80s thousands of turtles were captured and sold for their meat and shell. The Turtle Conservation and Education Centre was built to help protect remaining turtles from harm. We had the opportunity to feed the turtles and pat them before they are returned to the wild.
