Get up early and walk through the city, there are all sorts of festivities going on, music, military parades. The roads will be closed so it’s a perfect time to enjoy the city. The entry in to the Louvre is free on Bastille Day, line up may be long and might be busy, but make the most of the city, especially at night with fireworks.
