Take a walk down the Mall to Buckingham Palace and watch this great British Royal tradition of Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace. The guarding of the Sovereign belongs to the Household Troops know as the ‘Guards’ who have carried out this duty since 1660. The ceremony lasts about 45 minutes , starting from 11:30 am, daily from April through to the end of July.
Get there early , around 10am to ensure you get a great view of this colourful and spectacular event, best of all its free !!
