Staged every year throughout most of August as part of the Edinburgh Festival, The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is a celebration of pomp and ceremony, attracting international audiences and televised around the globe. A series of Military tattoos are performed by British Armed Forces, Commonwealth and International military bands and display teams all set against the spectacular backdrop of Edinburgh Castle.
