Chester has the oldest racecourse in Britain, with the 1st horse race dating back to 1540. The racecourse is located between the River Dee and the city walls and is one of the smallest tracks in Britain.
Whilst the weather is good in the UK the races in Chester are fantastic day out. It is like the aussie version on Melbourne cup.
