The Memorial of the Murdered Jews of Europe is a memorial in Berlin to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust. There are piles of cement blocks and across the road is where Hitler’s compound was, now with a car park built.
The most comforting memorial I’ve been to. Take the time to sit and understand the horror that occurred. Walk through the blocks and find your own interpretation of what they symbolise or represent to you.
