Mauritus

Mauritius is an island paradise right on Western Australia’s doorstep and is just waiting to be explored. Indian temples, colonial houses and botanical gardens are just some of the historical sights, plus there is an assortment of wildlife from walking with the lions, swimming with dolphins, spotting rare birds and deep sea fishing, it is so much more than the white sandy beaches and blue ocean image that I had conjured up before my first visit to Mauritius.

There are endless activities to take part in, if golf is your thing you can play on a championship course or enjoy the mix of culinary delights, it really does offer something for everyone. Do a self-drive and explore the island yourself, the Mauritian people are warm and welcoming and will always point you in the right direction.
